Mitite

Mitites are enemies found in Pikmin 2. They are helpless, but not harmless. They resemble small, pink creatures with white shells and five legs to move around. When you step on wherever they're buried, they will come out and scuttle around, sending both themselves and the Pikmin into a panic. They will eventually burrow back unless killed. The best way to kill them is to throw purple Pikmin onto them (any color will work, but purple ones send out shockwaves that kill the surrounding enemies). They will drop nectar when killed, which makes them slightly valuable if you want stronger Pikmin.
