The Shock Therapist is a mechanical device that has two antenna-like appendages and an incased tube as a major visible part. The antennas send electricity through the tube on a small thin wire just like a lightbulb, though it isn't really known how it produces the spiky objects that create a string of electricity. This is one of the five treasures that are tied for 2nd in their value.
Location
This treasure is one of Titan Dweevil's weapons. It must be knocked off before it can be collected.
