Actually, I saved a pikmin from these. One was left after the death of the Empress, and it caught me by surprise, but like 2 seconds after, I attacked it, it caught a pikmin and a pikmin 3/4 through it's arc landed on top of it, and the yellow pikmin survived. The bad thing about these creatures is that they take a while to die, unless you use the Empress Bulblax killing strategy. I went to Youtube and watched a funny video about these creatures.
