This user is a bureaucrat and admin on this wiki. In addition to the powers of a sysop (see template) this kind of user can also promote other sysops and/or users to be sysops and/or bureaucrats.

This is placed on the userpage of bureaucrats. It places a simple note marking the user's title. It can also detail whether this user is an active, inactive, or semi-active bureaucrat.
