'''Velvety Dreamdrop''' (エンガワノミ) is a fruit found in ''[[Pikmin 3]]''. It is actually a {{w|loquat}}. It takes 5 Pikmin to lift this fruit, and it produces a single cup of juice for the leaders to drink. It has no appearance in [[Mission Mode]], but has many appearances in [[Bingo Battle]].

==Collecting the fruit==

===Tropical Wilds (Armored Cannon Larva)===

The first is located inside of an [[Armored Cannon Larva]], and requires at least 2 leaders, but 3 is advised. There is a [[tunnel]] in the area where the [[Whiptongue Bulborb]] and the [[Pocked Airhead]] is, right next to the landing site. Upon clearing it, there will be a path with boulders coming down from it. Throw a leader or two onto the higher ledge along with some [[Rock Pikmin]]. From there, the Armored Cannon Larva will be in sight. Kill the creature, and a Velvety Dreamdrop will be available. Do note that the orange [[bridge]] must be complete in order for the Pikmin to take back this fruit.

===Tropical Wilds (cave)===

The second is inside a cave found right beside the orange bridge. Inside the cave are 2 [[Flighty Joustmite]]s and many [[Flukeweed]]s. Walk around the outer edge of the area so the Flighty Joustmites are not awakened, and use the radar to find which Flukeweed has the Velvety Dreamdrop underneath it. Since the entrance is by the water, Blue and Winged Pikmin are advised. Beware that two Flukeweeds will reveal a group of [[Male Sheargrub]]s and [[Female Sheargrub]]s.

===Garden of Hope===

The Velvety Dreamdrop in the Garden of Hope can be accessed only after [[Louie]] has ran off. In the second half of the area, there is a large body of water beyond a [[bamboo gate]]. At the end of the body of water is a [[clipboard]], which holds a Velvety Dreamdrop underneath. Use Winged Pikmin to open the clipboard, but do not call them back when they're done, as they can get stuck. Instead, let them come to you naturally. Then, have them retrieve the fruit, but beware as the [[Puckering Blinnow]]s can jump out of the water and grab the Pikmin for a snack. Take care of the Blinnows first before retrieving the fruit.

===Distant Tundra===

The last Velvety Dreamdrop is found in the Distant Tundra. It can be seen on the first time visiting the Distant Tundra, as it will be hanging on a branch. It is located on the area with the [[Arctic Cannon Larva]]e and a [[Whiptongue Bulborb]]. At the top of the area will be a pile of fragments and said Bulborb. If you change the [[camera]] angle, you can see the fruit hanging from a tree. Throw 5 Pikmin onto it and it will be weighed down such that it will fall. Then, simply take it back.
