Started work on how Oatchi and Moss interact with Water.

+At the start of the game, poor [[Oatchi]] is unable to swim properly as it is explained two days later by [[Shepherd]] that he hasn’t ever liked water all that much. (While unconfirmed at the time of writing,) Oatchi doesn’t seem to drown, but simply struggles in the water until brought back to dry land or enough time passes and he is teleported back to the last solid ground he was standing on. Any Pikmin he was carrying are dropped into the water and interact with it in their own way.
+However, on the same day that he is explained to not like water, Shepherd states that she was training with Oatchi off-screen and eventually managed to teach him the Doggy-Paddle skill.
+Once Oatchi has acquired this skill, he can freely swim on most bodies of water, transporting both player and Pikmin. Upgrading Oatchi’s Doggy-Paddle allows him to swim faster and eventually dive a short distance to perform certain tasks underwater, such as carrying or fighting.
