The Greed-Inducement Device is within the Masterhop in the arena of sublevel 4 of the Seafloor Resort. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Masterhop, then throw 15 Pikmin at it.

The spine-tingling "snap" created by this object stimulates feelings of greed within anyone in earshot. The reasons behind this are unknown. Perhaps it reawakens a primal sensation hidden in the depths of our hearts, but this is mere conjecture.
