Pikipedia currently has game icons for the four main-series games, the two spin-off games, and Pikmin Adventure. These are able to cover most articles on the wiki, but there are some they don't cover: the articles about the ssbs. These pages look a bit strange without the game icon in the top-right corner in my opinion. I have created an icon file to represent Super Smash Bros., and it looks like this: Super Smash Bros.. I propose that we add this icon into Template:Game icons, and implement it on the wiki as a neater way of categorizing articles into :Category:Super Smash Bros. series. — Soprano(talk) 05:26, April 24, 2023 (EDT)

:I disagree. Having the icons wouldn't help the reader, and it would give unnecessary focus to the fact that those subjects are about Smash, on the same level that we focus on things that are for P2, for instance. — {EspyoT} 11:34, May 15, 2023 (EDT)

Update the icon for Pikmin
Currently, the icons used in each article to showcase what game(s) they appear in use the numbers from the original logo, and a "P" for p1. While the numbered games, this is clear, a "P" for p1 might not initially be clear. However, there is a solution. to use the "1" from Pikmin 1 (Nintendo Switch)s logo. :While this would make it more clear what games the icons refer to, there are a couple of problems with this idea. First, it would be inconsistent with how the icons are used in the Infobox user template. Second, it would introduce potential inconsistencies in the style of the icons. Currently most of the game icons have different styles, but changing the icons for Pikmin and Pikmin 2 would make them in the same style as Pikmin 4 icon. This would make the Pikmin 3 icon look inconsistent with the other 3 numbered game icons, as it has a different style of leaves behind the number. This could potentially be solved by uploading a new version of that icon that uses the number from the new p3d logo, but if a future Pikmin game is numbered and has a different style of leaves behind the number, then it will be inconsistent with the other numbered game icons. I think it's better to have diverse icon styles like we currently do rather than have them be mostly in the same style with 1 or 2 exceptions. This is assuming that we change the Pikmin 2 icon alongside the Pikmin icon; we could just change the Pikmin icon, but that would be inconsistent in a different way, as it would be using a new version of the icon for only 1 game when these new versions were made for multiple games. — Soprano(talk) 04:42, January 5, 2025 (EST)
