In short: don't change their names unless there's a good reason to, otherwise it causes more harm than good. If you really want to help the wiki out with file-related tasks, see [[Pikipedia:Helping out]]. I also noticed that you got banned from some NIWA wikis already, and it was due to incompetence. I won't ban you now, since this is only a warning, but if you don't shape up and do stuff the way you are told, you risk being banned from Pikipedia too.
