* When the second day of exploration in the Garden of Hope, once it becomes sunset you unlock the feature to go near the Drake and have Pikmin drop what their doing and run to base, unless they are already in the radius of an onion, or with a leader. The Pikmin does not respect the maturity rule and all run at the same speed, slightly faster than a captain. This was most likely added to avoid player frustration when having to find some Pikmin that got lost, hoping they get to base or in your whistle's range.
