The only way to aquire Bulbmin with actual [[Bud|buds]] is to find them in <cant remember cave, but one with with the Swooping Snitchbug and bulbmin.> and get the [[Swooping Snitchbug]] to seed the Bulbmin, and wait for it to grow into a bud.  
The only place where Bulbmin can be buried is on [[Frontier Cavern]], sublevel 4, where the [[Swooping Snitchbug]] is able to seed the Bulbmin.
