The game icons in the top right of articles are generally added by [[Template:Game icons]], but some [[:Category:Information boxes|infobox templates]] add game icons automatically. While this may reduce the number of templates used on some pages, it complicates the game icon system and can make it hard to understand. Ideally, Template:Game icons should be the only template allowed to add game icons, and other templates should have this functionality removed. This would require adding Template:Game icons to hundreds of articles to replace the icons currently added by infoboxes, a task that should ideally be performed by a [[Pikipedia:Bots|bot]]. | |||
