The Crystallized Telekinesis is a large marble with a yellow pattern inside. It is found on the first sublevel of the Snagret Hole, and is held by an Orange Bulborb.

The Crytallized Telekinesis's purpose in 2-Player Mode is that it takes part as one of the roles there are for you to win a match.
