The Perforated Raft is a treasure in Pikmin 4 located overground in the Sun-Speckled Terrace. It is actually a button.
Collecting the treasure
The Perforated Raft is located in the westmost section of the map, right next to the Dandori Day Care cave, inside of some Breakable Pots. Two of the same treasure can actually be found here.

“ A round raft meant for a single occupant. It floats using the water's surface tension. Those holes in the middle allow the passenger a delightful glimpse of the water below. Then again, one might consider plugging those holes if one is worried about the raft taking on water. ”
