Seems lazy and ugly, right? So they have to make it title case in order to make it look good. However, just because text is written in title case doesn't mean that's the "official" capitalization. And because we don't know the official capitalization, we should go with common sense. And common sense kinda says that "fortified walls" aren't humans, pets, locations, or anything of the sort.
