The Refreshing Goo is a treasure in Pikmin 4 located in the Last-Frost Cavern. It is actually a tube of light blue paint.
Collecting the treasure
The Refreshing Goo is hidden under some leaves near the Hydro Jelly inside of the first and only sublevel of the Last-Frost Cavern.
