This harmless enemy was the very first new Pikmin 3 enemy ever seen, as it was shown in the very first segment of the E3 presentation. It resembles a large dragonfly-like creature with a segmented body resembling that of a catterpillar or honeypot ant, and has the face of a butterfly as it has a probiscis. It seems to not mind nearby Pikmin. This creature produces nectar when attacked, causing its segments to collapse, which leaves around four doses. It has no means of attacking your Pikmin, acting like a more viable source of nectar than the Honeywisps from previous Pikmin games. It flies away after being attacked.
