They are capable of efficient extraterrestrial exploration and interaction, and use devices far beyond the technology of humans. They express human-like emotions, including fear, love, annoyance, and sadness, empathy, etc. Physically, Hocotatians have a humanoid shape, the only exceptions being a large head compared to body size, and short, think hair.
