It's because the page is protected from unregistered users, as well as unautoconfirmed users. I don't mean to offend you in any way, but you're not an autoconfirmed user yet. Once you are autoconfirmed, you can edit the page (sadly, I don't know the requirements to become autoconfirmed; I think you might need to be here for at least seven days and make at least ten edits, but again, I'm not completely sure).
