Winged Pikmin: Difference between revisions

Winged Pikmin have insect-like wings, meaning they can fly. They are immune to attacks close to the ground. Their ability to fly allows them to attack flying enemies easily and lift gates and [[Flukeweed]]s out of the ground. However, they cannot instantly take down a [[Pellet Posy]] when tossed onto its pellet, and if their [[leader]] is underwater they cannot be thrown. Winged Pikmin can also [[Carrying|carry]] objects into the air, enabling them to take shortcuts, but they carry objects slower than other Pikmin types. Winged Pikmin [[Carrying#Winged Pikmin|behave differently]] when they carry objects alongside other Pikmin.
