Armurk: Difference between revisions

"Armurk" sounds a lot like "armor" referring to the creature's sturdy plating. Additionally, the "urk" part sounds like lurk, as the creature lurks around. Its Japanese name translates to "Giant Armored Scale Ball". "Giant" is probably from its large appearence, and "armored" and "scale" refers to its scaly exoskeleton. Finally, "ball" must be referring to one of its attacks, curling up into a ball. Its internal name is <code>Oodemeyado</code>. Additionally, its generator name is in English, and is <code>boss_spiked_isopod</code>. The enemy is a boss, and has some spikes near its head which explains the first part. Isopods are real-life crustaceans that the enemy seems to be heavily based after.
