Improvements[edit]

Hey there. Thanks for the contributions so far! I noticed you haven't been italicizing game names correctly. You're not meant to insert quote signs (Shift + 2), but rather, you're meant to type two apostrophes together. You should check the quick start guide in the welcome message to catch up on the most common formatting tricks. Other than that, I noticed that you sometimes make many edits in the same article in a row, to fix problems. When you make an edit, you should press the Preview button to see what the article will look like with your changes. This way, you can find problems, and correct them before actually sending out an edit. This makes it much easier to read the recent changes, for instance. — {EspyoT} 16:20, 10 January 2019 (EST) Thanks for the tips! I'll do that for now on. I actually mostly edit articles on my phone, so I got confused with the italics. I'll also try to stop repeatedly doing the same article, I just sometimes make tiny mistakes that I dont catch at first. Thanks again!

Editing multiple sections[edit]

Hi! I noticed in a recent change that you pointed out how you have to edit one section at a time. This is not true. You can press the "edit" button at the top of an article to edit the entire thing at once. — {EspyoT} 10:50, 4 March 2019 (EST)

Yeah, I've tried that before and it would only let me edit info above the headers. It probably has something to do with editing on mobile (which is how I edit most of the time). Is there any way to fix this? I've noticed other differences on mobile, too, like how navigation templates and categories dont appear at all. How odd. I think categories aren't meant to show up, but the other two things sound weird. I'll check-in with Porple and take a look. — {EspyoT} 13:01, 5 March 2019 (EST)
Ok, it looks like that's just the way that the mobile website is. Navboxes also don't show up because they can't be hidden, and having all of those links shown would break the page's flow. — {EspyoT} 13:15, 5 March 2019 (EST)

Enemy artwork[edit]

When removing "classic look" parts of enemy infoboxes, make sure you put the removed image in the gallery (if it's not already there). Obsessive Mario Fan (talk) 16:44, April 17, 2019 (EDT)

Ok! Thanks for the reminder. - CrazyCow
