The Temporal Mechanism is a gray pocketwatch that has Roman numerals to indicate numbers. It is found in the Valley of Repose, and is held by a Fiery Bulblax. It is located at the far side of the field near a body of water inhabited by Water Dumples. You'll need to lure the Bulblax into the water and petrify it while using Blue Pikmin to retrieve this treasure.
