A user is considered autoconfirmed when they have reached 10 edits and have the account for at least 4 days.

Compared to newly-registered users, users that are autoconfirmed can:
*Edit pages that are protected such that only autoconfirmed users can edit.
*Move files and pages.
*Upload new versions of existing files.
*Upload images via URL.
*Purge a page's cache.
*Use the upload button under mobile.
