Changing the poll

To change to a new poll, you must...

1. Create the new poll on Polldaddy.
2. Get the poll from the nominations page, and move it to the past nominations.
3. Update the older polls list and add the poll that's being replaced.
4. On Template:Poll
   1. Update to the number of the new poll on the polldaddy tag.
   2. Update the number on the Javascript-less link.
   3. If the reader can select more than one option, add ''You may select up to ______ options.'' above the poll.
   4. Update the info about the previous poll and its winner.
5. Tweet about the results of the old poll, and tweet about the new poll.
6. Post on Facebook about the new poll and featured article, and the old poll's results.
