The Rescue Journal is a series of notes avalible on the player's Tablet in Pikmin 4. These entries cover a variety of topics, such as commanding troops for efficient rescue activity or detailing the history of the Rescue Corps written by the various rescue corps captain of the Shepherd bloodline.

Tips and tricks

These are advices from past captains detailing ways to efficiently multitask, as well as introducing several more advance commands.

#1: Rescue Journal

This is where you'll find advice left by captains both past and present. I have no doubt the knowledge and wisdom they share here will guide you well.

#2: Checking Your Surroundings

Look around by tilting Icon for the Right Stick on the Nintendo Switch. #4: Disband

#5: Auto Target Lock

When the Auto Target Lock cursor finds the target you want, press Icon for the ZR Button on the Nintendo Switch. Charge up your Rescue Pup's power to the max with Icon for the X Button on the Nintendo Switch.
