After the first Fiery Dwarf Bulblax, a second one can be found atop two layers of platforms comprised of dead leaves.  After a few seconds, they will burn through, allowing the Dwarf Fiery Bulblax to drop through.  Once it has burned through both layers, let it chase you in the direction you came, as there is another dead leaf platform blocking access to a vine that can be slid down.  Afterwards, the creature should be defeated, and the treasure collected.
