The False Lollipop is completely submerged under the water and sand on the southern half of the western edge of sublevel 1 of the [[Seafloor Resort]]. To retrieve it, you must send 5 Pikmin to pull it up from the [[fishing rope]] still on the shore. After it has been surfaced, you must throw 5 [[Blue Pikmin]] at it.
