Floating platform

Floating platforms are a tool in Pikmin 4. They take the form of small quadcopter drones with flat square platforms on top, allowing the player and their Pikmin to ride on them. In some locations, these platforms constantly move along a set path, usually back and forth between two locations, while in other locations, these platforms hover in place.
