The treasure is found on sublevel 1 of [[Hectic Hollows]]. It is located on top of a high ledge in the middle of the water. To collect it, simply freeze the water with 10 [[Ice Pikmin]] and throw 10 more up the ledge. Depending on what [[Oatchi#Skills|skills]] Oatchi has or the Pikmin type the player brings with them, those can be used to collect it differently.
