The Middle-Management Tank Car is located on sublevel 3 of [[Drafty Gallery]]. It is located past a [[clipboard]] that must first be lowered with 20 Pikmin. The [[Joustmite]] nearby can be defeated in order to clear the path, but it is also possible to avoid the enemy. It is also possible to retrieve the treasure without lowering the clipboard first by using [[Yellow Pikmin]].
