No; they're separate so that anyone editing the page will realise they're in-game material (...hopefully). If they were in the actual articles, people would probably edit them. GP

If people could 'hack' Mediawiki, Wikipedia would have died multiple times. It hasn't. And it doesn't matter that we can easily revert changes to notes if they're on the pages: the problem is that that takes work. It's better if people just don't have the chance to make that edit. GP
