When first entering the water, head down and to the left. There, there is a small tunnel with a [[Puckering Blinnow]] leading to a larger chamber, with another Puckering Blinnow. The treasure lies on top of a [[dirt block]]. The water needs to be drained after collecting the treasure. If it is drained before, the treasure will become unobtainable.
