Below the second Firesnout Beetle is a ledge that can be landed on.  Beyond the ledge are four more Winged Pikmin, a Fiery Blowlet, and the treasure.  Defeat the Fiery Blowlet, and either have the Pikmin carry the treasure, or have Olimar jetpack over the gap.
