Question, where is the article about the Popcorn that makes nectar, or was that not made. It makes a popping sound when pikmin break it. It is white and gray, makes the popping noise, and releases nectar. Learner 14:41, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

A Theory...

What if nectar weed is a young Pellet Posy? Think about it: they both are weeds since the Pellet Posy comes from the Pellet Weed family. The nectar weed has nectar stored, what if this is how the Pellet Posies crystallize nectar? Anyways feel free to discuss.Pikmin1254

The name

So I've been fiddling around with the Pikmin 2's files, and found a file called "weed". Once extracted, I found the texture for these. I think we can confirm it's name, however, do we want to keep the nectar at the beginning of the title? Usually files within the game are very abbreviated, so they could be intending these to be called Nectar weed. Regardless, these are weeds of some sort, so I donno if we should rename the page to just simply "Weeds" Ymmot392 (talk) 06:53, January 11, 2013 (UTC)

Possible inspiration?

So I'm working on one of my Pikmin projects just now, and this just occurred to me about rubble. You know how you have Pikmin smash the rocks open and get nectar out of them? So, Pikmin was originally a biblically-inspired game called Adam & Eve. In the Bible, there is a moment where Moses smashes a rock, causing water to gush out of it. Coincidence?
