Pretty much just some of the Boss ones, IIRC.--Prezintenden

I could get a list, though I moved all that game code stuff out to an external harddrive and would have to move it back. Or I could ask Miles... GP

Like Prez said, all the boss ones remain the same except for the placement of gates, eggd, and in some cases, the Candypop Buds. IIRC too, most of the rest sublevels are generally the same except for the aformentioned gates, eggs,and Candypop Buds.--FREAK ~Game Freak~OUT!
