The '''Thirst Activator''' ({{j|大自然広告|Daishizen Kōkoku|Nature Advertisement}}) is a [[treasure]] found only in the US [[Region|version]] of {{p2}}. It is actually a lid to a container of TreeTop brand apple sauce. It is found on a ledge near the [[Furious Adhesive]], and is often located near the patrolling [[Gatling Groink]] on sublevel 7 of the [[Subterranean Complex]]. [[Bomb-rock]]s are plentiful in the area and can be used to defeat the Groink, after which the body should be retrieved immediately to ensure that it doesn't regenerate later while the [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] are busy with a task. The player may also choose simply to lure the Groink off the edge of the field into the abyss below to avoid having to deal with the corpse.
