There are two different Challenge Modes in the Pikmin series, both of which are different. New entries may be added here as new Pikmin games are released, if they have a Challenge Mode. - Challenge Mode in Pikmin, where you grow as many Pikmin as you can in one day.
- Challenge Mode in Pikmin 2, where you collect The Key and other treasures to advance to the next level; while doing so, you are trying to gain points as well (by collecting treasures, minimizing Pikmin deaths, and completing the levels quickly) to show your skill.
