The Leviathan Feather is a simply just a white feather, it probably doesn't belong to a Burrowing Snagret because i is to large to be on its white feathered head. It can't be a Pileated Snagret's because its feathers are red. This fairly cheap, but important piece is located on the first sublevel of the Snagret Hole, and is located near the hole to the next sublevel, which is on a path that raises in elevation, and appears to be in some type of box, it should be located in a corner.
