I once heard somewhere that this type of Creature was created by Tingle from the Zelda series.

Created by? You mean based on, right? I don't see why it would be, but there are resemblences. Perhaps he was inspiration. GP

Yeah, in Super Smash Bros. Melee you could jump down from Tingle's balloon and attack opponents with a down attack, and I just realized the simularity between that and the Careening Diribug....Pikdude 00:27, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Could someone cunfirm that the Careening Dirigibug can duds (they will explode but not when they hit the ground, like when you attack them or are cought anover explosin). P.S. Please correct the typos.
