The '''Constitution Gate''' is a treasure found in {{hp}}. It is actually a {{w|horseshoe magnet}} labeled with the two correct poles, N and S (North and South), with the poles being much shorter than the [[Heavy-duty Magnetizer]], a similar magnet treasure. It is colored a reflective red until the end of its poles, which are silver.

Near a [[Crested Mockiwi]], the player must destroy a [[dirt block]] in order to access a tight path, leading to a [[doorway]]. On the other side, the player must defeat a [[Puffstalk]] to retrieve the treasure.
