The Constitution Gate (健康ゲート^?, lit.: "Health Gate"; known as the Attractive Gate in the European version) is a treasure found in Hey! Pikmin. It is actually a horseshoe magnet labeled with the two correct poles, N and S (North and South), with the poles being much shorter than the Heavy-duty Magnetizer, a similar magnet treasure. It is colored a reflective red until the end of its poles, which are silver.

Near a Crested Mockiwi, the player must destroy a dirt block in order to access a tight path, leading to a doorway. On the other side, the player must defeat a Puffstalk to retrieve the treasure.
