Notes

Hey! Pikmin logs

Who can tell what's going on behind those black eyes? There's a lot of mystery in this creature. It looks like it thrives in darkness. I remember wanting to be nocturnal as a kid so I would have an excuse to stay up all night. I'd sit in bed, with all the lights off, and look out the window at the starry night sky. I think that's what first made me want to be a pilot.

Trivia[edit]

  • Olimar's connection to the night sky in relation to this statue refers to Celeste's role in the Animal Crossing, where she runs the museum's observatory or encourages the player to look for shooting stars.
    • He also guesses this creature may "thrive in darkness", referring to how owls are nocturnal.
