No, he actualy said he was male (and that he isn't gay). Check most monster talk pages and he will be there... Dockywho 16:27, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, cuz if he were gay, he would be more concerned with the male sheargrubs.--Prezintenden

Diet[edit]
It says that the females eat dead Pikmin. How do they eat them if they turn into ghosts? Is it a mystery, or just Nintendo logic? --Louie G. 15:11, 3 June 2012 (EDT)
I’m not sure which game this is from, but in one of the games a colored liquid sort of like blood can be seen when a Pikmin gets stabbed, and this is likely the liquid they are referring to. -bye-bye! PotatoMuncher (talk) 14:31, October 3, 2026 (UTC)
Japanese Name[edit]
I think "ウジンコ♀" does not means "Parrot Maggot ♀". "ンコ" is not "インコ(parrot)", but elongated "コ(tiny creature)". other enemies which belong to Mandiblard family are same. PortableSunset (talk) 08:00, March 10, 2021 (EST)
- So do you suggest the final name should be "Tiny Elongated Maggot ♀"? Or just "Elongated Maggot ♀"? — {EspyoT} 16:04, March 10, 2021 (EST)
- "Tiny maggot ♀". --PortableSunset (talk) 19:27, March 10, 2021 (EST)
Maturity Stages[edit]
I know I’ve already kinda said this on the Mama Sheargrub’s talk page, but the Female Sheargrubs seem like they might not be fully grown? The Piklopedia implies that the Sheargrubs seen alongside the Mama Sheargrub in Olimar’s Shipwreck Tale are its children, and the Mama’s Piklopedia also implies that its appearance is not typical for adult Sheargrubs, which would be false is the females seen in-game are infact adults. What should we do about this? -bye-bye! PotatoMuncher (talk) 14:31, October 3, 2026 (UTC)
