FOUND SCRAPPED PIKMIN CHARACTER IN SMASH 4

I found out that Alph was intended to be his own Character/Fighter in smash 4 but was cut due for unknown reasons. He was a clone character that used Rock Pikmin. Got this on the SmashWiki. 64.235.154.36 08:55, 26 January 2016 (EST)/Pikifan4 on teh Pikmin Fanon

May I ask where you got this info? I looked around a bit on SmashWiki and couldn't find it. Plus Alph is in the game as an alternate skin for Olimar. ^Talk 22:04, 19 January 2016 (EST)

In unused content of SSB4, it says that Alph was supposed to be the fourth clone in the game after Dr. M, Lucina, and Dark Pit. You can get there by going to the trivia for ssbwiki and clicking on the weird link after the word hehaci.

I don't think it's quite worth it to add on the article. Alph's planning as a fighter is more like trivia than anything, and swamping the page with trivia will be no good. Alph made it into the final game as a costume, but if he wasn't in Smash 4 in any way, then I think it'd be interesting to mention that he was planned. But since he's already in the game and is almost a full character (model and announcer sounds, for one thing), adding the trivia about him being considered a full fighter won't be of much interest to the readers. Heck, I'm willing to bet a LOT of characters were considered to be fighters, but never got past the "considering" stage. — {Espyo^T} 09:10, 26 January 2016 (EST)
