You'll need to build a bridge to retrieve it. Defeat the [[Yellow Wollywog]]s so they won't attack your [[Blue Pikmin]]. Near the bridge is a trio of [[Shearwig]]s, take them out before they can cause trouble. A [[Spotty Bulbear]] sleeps near the part, but your Pikmin won't touch it while carrying the part, but you may defeat it in the meantime if you wish or get some Bomb-rocks from the giant skulls.
