It is a puzzle piece for the puzzle in the [[Memory Fragment Series]], specifically the rightmost of the two top edge pieces. It is found on the 1st sublevel of the [[Drafty Gallery]].

It is on a tall ledge at the north of sublevel 1 of the [[Drafty Gallery]]. To collect this treasure, you can throw 2 [[Yellow Pikmin]] at it, or knock it down with a [[Rush]] from [[Oatchi]]. The path back to the [[S.S. Beagle]] has a [[Downy Snagret]] nearby, which should be defeated to reduce potential losses.
