It is a diamond shaped {{w|thumbprint cookie}} with a strawberry jam-based filling in the center. It is located in the [[Engulfed Castle]], a cave found in [[Serene Shores]]. It can also be found in the [[Dandori Challenge]] stage, [[Dandori Day Care]], once.

The Vanishing Cookie is inside of a [[Fiery Bulblax]] near on the second corridor from the north of sublevel 1 of the [[Engulfed Castle]]. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Fiery Bulblax as the treasure is inside of the beast. If the [[Waterwraith]] is present in the sublevel, you should either use [[Oatchi]] to carry back the treasure, or stay near the treasure while it's being collected to promptly [[whistle]] your Pikmin when the Waterwraith gets close.

* This treasure, along with the [[Cookie of Nibbled Circles]], [[Cookie of Prosperity]], [[Love's Fortune Cookie]], and [[Hearty Container]] are all based off of cookies from the game ''[[mariowiki:Yoshi's Cookie|Yoshi's Cookie]]''. 
** The supposed vanishing nature of the treasure is likely a reference to how the cookies disappear when cleared in the puzzle game.
** This treasure is based on the NES version because the filling is red, while the SNES version has a green filling.
