The Repair-Type Bolt is a part lost by the S.S. Dolphin during Olimar's crash landing. It was near Olimar's landing site in The Distant Spring. It looks like an ordinary bolt, but is actually a robotic marvel that can fix anything in a ship. Olimar was happy to retrieve it because he's tired of fixing the little glitches in his ship.
Collecting the Part
Even though this part is high up, you do not need to use Yellow Pikmin to get it. By the landing site go to the left and throw 20-30 Blue Pikmin onto the short ledge. Then, go to the small walkway and whistle to them. Walk along the walkway and use the C-stick to guide the Blue Pikmin up towards the part.
