The Five-man Napsack is a plaid and very worn flannel glove. It is found on the last (5) sublevel of the White Flower Garden, and is held by a troublesome Burrowing Snagret. Once you retrieve the treasure, you'll unlock the Napsack, an item allowing your pilots to take a rest, and your Pikmin may also take you back to the base/ship's pod.
Being in the Explorer's Friend Series, it is part of the Exploration Kit.
How to Beat and Get
Walk to the middle of the cave. Then simply follow the instructions here to beat the Snagret and salvage the treasure.
